  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the carrier. Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are outside of our control and are not guaranteed.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. quixotically is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

    If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Refund Policy

  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error in your order, such as an incorrect item or customization selection, please contact info@quixotically.co as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun, we will do our best to assist if we are able.

    Because items are handmade and often made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@quixotically.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can best assist you.

    We will review the situation and do our best to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or other appropriate solution at our discretion.

  • quixotically is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by shipping carriers once an order has shipped. However, if you experience a delivery issue, please contact info@quixotically.co, and we will do our best to assist with next steps.
